Step by step

Each step has a defined deliverable, a defined participant, and a defined budget impact.

  1. Discovery Consultation

    30 minutes with a consultant. We learn the site, the brief, and the budget envelope. No commitment.

  2. Configuration Session

    Live walkthrough of the six configurable parameters: form, footprint, storey, cladding, glazing, internal lining.

  3. Technical Specification

    Drawing set, structural notes, price breakdown, energy modelling, and 18-week timeline — delivered as a single PDF.

  4. Signed Engagement

    10% deposit. Engineering opens within two weeks. The CNC panel file enters production six weeks after sign-off.

  5. Site Erection

    Four working days for the structural shell. A further three weeks to lock-up. Practical completion at week 18.
